How do we know Jesus Christ is the true temple?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is the true temple as stated in John 1:14, where God's fullness dwells in Him.

The New Testament reveals Jesus as the ultimate fulfillment of the temple, a notion supported by John 1:14, which states that the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, displaying the glory of the only begotten of the Father. In Christ, not only is the Shekinah glory present, but the fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily (Colossians 2:9). Jesus challenges the physical temple, claiming, 'Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up' (John 2:19), effectively indicating that He is the new and final temple, where redemption is fully realized, and access to God is available through Him alone.
