How do we know Jesus Christ was faithful?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus Christ is identified in Scripture as being unequivocally faithful, both eternally and during His earthly ministry.

The sermon highlights that Jesus Christ has always been faithful, as seen in Proverbs 8:28-30, where He is depicted as being with God before creation. His faithfulness continued when He was born as a man, as illustrated by His obedience to God’s will throughout His life. At His baptism and during His transfiguration, God the Father affirmed Jesus' faithfulness, stating that He was well-pleased with Him. This constant fidelity is what distinguishes Him from fallen humanity, which cannot claim such faithfulness on its own.
