How do we know Jesus' divinity is true?

Answered in 13 sources

The divinity of Jesus is established through Scriptural testimonies, his miraculous works, and the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies.

The divinity of Jesus as the Son of God is substantiated not only by the confession of the centurion but also by the teachings of the New Testament which emphasize Christ's unique relationship with the Father. He performed miracles, taught with authority, and ultimately fulfilled over 300 Old Testament prophecies concerning the Messiah. His resurrection is also a cornerstone of evidence; as Paul states in Romans 1:4, He was 'declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness by the resurrection from the dead.' Thus, through actions, teachings, prophecies, and the witness of the Holy Spirit, the truth of Jesus' divinity is affirmed.
