How do we know Jesus fulfills God's requirements?

Jesus Christ is the only one who has ever fully met the requirements of God's holy law. He lived a perfect, sinless life, fulfilling every aspect of the law that God requires. This includes not only his active obedience throughout his life but also his sacrificial death, which satisfied God's justice for sinful humanity. In Romans 8:3, it explains that 'what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh.' Thus, His righteous life and atonement are the basis on which God accepts us.
