How do we know Jesus is our only hope?

Answered in 4 sources

We know Jesus is our only hope because the Scriptures affirm that salvation is found only in Him (Acts 4:12).

The assurance that Jesus is our only hope comes from Scripture, which consistently testifies to His exclusivity in salvation. In Acts 4:12, we read that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. This foundational truth underscores the gospel's message that while many people place their hope in personal virtue, rituals, or heritage, these are insufficient. True hope and salvation are found only in the person and work of Jesus Christ, who lived righteously and died sacrificially for our transgressions. The relationship between sin and Christ as our sole hope calls us to recognize our need for Him above all else.
