How do we know Jesus is our only salvation?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is our only salvation as He is the sole source of our righteousness and defense before God.

David proclaims in Psalm 62 that 'He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defense; I shall not be moved' (Psalm 62:6). This reflects the Reformed understanding that Christ is everything we need for redemption and standing before God. Through His work, He fulfills the law's demands and acts as our advocate, ensuring that our salvation is not dependent on our efforts but entirely on Him. The acknowledgment of Jesus as our only Savior and Rock is foundational in Reformed theology, marking Him as the only one who can guarantee eternal security and justification.
