How do we know Jesus is our provider during difficult times?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is depicted as our provider, akin to Joseph who stored grain during famine to save his family.

Just as Joseph was sent ahead to provide for his family during the famine in Egypt, Jesus Christ goes before His people, providing for their spiritual and temporal needs. Genesis 45:7 states that God sent Joseph to preserve life, paralleling the gospel message where Christ, our great deliverer, sacrifices Himself to ensure our eternal sustenance. We are reminded that despite life's trials, God has given us an advocate, Christ, who intercedes for us and supplies grace to help in our time of need.
