How do we know Jesus is the only door to salvation?

In John 10:7, Jesus explicitly states, 'I am the door of the sheep,' indicating that He is the only way into the safety of the sheepfold. This claim is significant because it establishes Christ as the singular mediator between God and man. Acts 4:12 reinforces this by stating, 'Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.' Thus, any attempt to enter the sheepfold by human means—such as works, rituals, or traditions—renders a person as a 'thief and robber' (John 10:1), lacking true access to salvation.
