We know Jesus is the true prophet because His words and prophecies consistently come to pass.
Determining who the true prophet is can be understood through the fulfillment of their prophecies. As stated in Deuteronomy 18:21-22, if a prophet's words do not come to pass, they are not from the Lord. Jesus consistently demonstrated His prophetic authority, as His declarations, such as about His resurrection and the establishment of His kingdom, were fulfilled (John 20:30). His life and teachings have been verified by countless witnesses and events, providing a firm foundation for recognizing Him as the true prophet sent by God. Therefore, the evidence of His fulfilled prophecies, coupled with the transformative nature of His message, establishes Jesus as the prophet we must heed.
