How do we know Jesus is the wisdom of God?

Answered in 2 sources

Jesus is identified as the wisdom of God through His teachings and the fulfillment of God's plan of salvation.

In 1 Corinthians 1:24, Paul declares that Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God. He exemplifies this wisdom in His life and ministry, particularly through His teachings and miracles. Furthermore, the rejection of His wisdom by the religious leaders of His time serves to highlight both His divine wisdom and the blindness of those who oppose Him. The wisdom of God culminates in the cross, where Jesus demonstrates that what seems foolish to the world is, in fact, the very wisdom that accomplishes salvation for those who believe. This knowledge is spiritually discerned, as emphasized in 1 Corinthians 2:14—showing the necessity of divine revelation for true understanding.
