How do we know Jesus saves sinners?

Answered in 8 sources

We know Jesus saves sinners through His mercy, as evidenced in the Gospel accounts where He heals and redeems those who come to Him in faith.

Jesus demonstrated His saving power through His interactions with sinners during His earthly ministry, particularly illustrated in the story of the woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5. She approached Jesus with faith, believing that a simple touch would heal her. Upon touching Him, she was made whole, showcasing that her faith in Christ, not her own works or worthiness, was the key to her healing. Additionally, throughout Scripture, Jesus is portrayed as the one who came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10), fulfilling the promises of God’s redemptive plan. His sacrificial death and resurrection are the ultimate proof of His power to save all who believe.
