How do we know our heart has changed in Christ?

Scripture reassures us that believers are given a new heart that is uncorruptible and hidden in Christ (Colossians 3:3). This transformation manifests as an inward desire to know God and to follow His ways. The heart of a believer is increasingly aligned with God's will, expressing itself through faith, love, and a meek and quiet spirit (1 Peter 3:4). The evidence of this heart change is not seen in our actions alone but is grounded in our faith and reliance on Christ, recognizing Him as our sole source of righteousness and holiness.
