How do we know our prayers are heard?

Answered in 2 sources

We know our prayers are heard because of Christ's intercession and God's promise to respond to His children's needs.

The assurance that our prayers are heard comes from the nature of our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. According to the teachings of Scripture, it is not our own righteousness or sincerity that makes our prayers effective, but the righteousness of Christ who intercedes for us. In Hebrews 4:14-16, we are encouraged to approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that our prayers are presented to the Father by our Great High Priest. Furthermore, God's attributes assure us that He hears and cares for us, as He is described as the God who hears prayer. His promise to respond reflects His love and faithfulness to those He has called.
