How do we know peace comes from grace?

Answered in 1 source

Peace is a byproduct of understanding and receiving God's grace, which reconciles us to Him.

The relationship between grace and peace is crucial in Christian theology. According to Romans 5:1, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. This peace is established through the grace that reconciles us, as we are aware of our previous enmity with God due to sin. Understanding God's grace leads to profound peace in the believer's heart, knowing they are forgiven and freed from condemnation. Peace arises from the assurance that God remembers our sins no more (Hebrews 10:17), allowing us to joyfully rest in His presence.
