How do we know salvation is all about Christ?

Answered in 2 sources

The central theme of salvation in Christianity is that it is solely through Christ, who is the author and finisher of our faith.

The notion that salvation is centered around Christ is reinforced throughout Scripture, particularly in the writings of Paul. For instance, in 1 Corinthians 2:2, Paul states that he resolved to know nothing while among the Corinthians except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. This emphasizes that the entirety of salvation hinges on Jesus's work on the cross. Christ initiated and completed the work of salvation, making it clear that apart from Him, there is no salvation. All spiritual blessings come from Him, affirming the sovereignty of God in salvation.
