How do we know salvation is built on Christ?

Answered in 1 source

Salvation is exclusively found in Christ, as affirmed in Acts 4:12 where it states, 'Neither is there salvation in any other.'

The essence of salvation hinges on the person and work of Jesus Christ. According to Romans 5:1, 'Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.' This signifies that peace and justification come solely through a relationship with Him. Believers must understand that praying, participating in sacraments, or performing good works will not grant salvation unless founded on Christ. He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). True salvation is only experienced when one acknowledges their need for Christ's sacrifice and embraces Him as their Savior.
