How do we know salvation is found in Christ?

Answered in 2 sources

Salvation is found in Christ because He is the source of life and satisfaction for our souls, as affirmed in Scripture.

The assurance that salvation is found in Christ is vividly expressed throughout Scripture. According to Psalm 42, the psalmist's cry for God highlights the essential relationship between our spiritual thirst and Christ's ability to quench that thirst. Jesus Himself proclaimed that whoever thirsts should come to Him, and He would provide living water—indicative of eternal life and salvation. Moreover, in passages such as Colossians 2:10, we are reminded that in Christ, we are complete. He embodies the fullness of God, fulfilling every requirement for our salvation through His grace. Therefore, the fulfillment of our deepest needs is rooted in our faith in Jesus Christ alone.
