How do we know salvation is not just an experience?

Answered in 1 source

Salvation is fundamentally a person, the Lord Jesus Christ, rather than merely an emotional experience.

As stated in the sermon, salvation transcends feelings and experiences; it is rooted in our relationship with Jesus Christ. While emotions can ebb and flow, true salvation is secured by being in Christ. This understanding is grounded in Scripture, affirming that our eternal security does not depend on our feelings but on Christ's unchanging nature and redemptive work on the cross.
