How do we know salvation is through Jesus?

The assurance that salvation is found only in Jesus Christ is supported throughout the Scriptures. In John 14:6, Jesus states, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.' Furthermore, Acts 4:12 etches this teaching deeper: 'Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.'
