How do we know salvation is through seeing Christ?

Answered in 1 source

Salvation is seen as being intimately connected to seeing Christ through the eyes of faith.

The Gospel message declares that salvation is not just a matter of external actions or rituals, but it is deeply rooted in the personal, believing recognition of Christ. John 6:40 states, 'And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life.' This indicates that seeing Christ in His true form—his beauty, His love, His sacrifice—is essential to gaining eternal life. The understanding of who He is and accepting Him by faith is what brings true salvation, emphasizing the need for divine insight rather than mere physical acknowledgment.
