How do we know signs and wonders still exist for believers?

Answered in 1 source

Signs and wonders now manifest through Christ and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit within believers.

While the visible signs of the Old Testament, such as the Shekinah glory or the spirit of prophecy, ceased with the destruction of the second temple, the truth is that signs and wonders persist in a transformed manner in the life of believers. Christ Himself is the ultimate sign and wonder who fulfilled the law and the prophets. In this new covenant, we experience the presence of the Holy Spirit, which guides us, gives us assurance of our identity in Christ, and reveals divine truths through Scripture. Thus, while external signs may not be present, the internal assurance and transformation through Christ and His Spirit in believers can be considered the ultimate sign of God's miraculous workings today.
