How do we know that a Christian's character can differ?
Answered in 1 source
The Bible indicates that Christians can vary significantly in their moral influence and spiritual maturity (Philippians 1:21).
While all believers are equal before God, they do not all exhibit the same level of spiritual maturity or moral influence. The Bible teaches that these differences stem from varying degrees of spiritual-mindedness. Some Christians lead lives that demonstrate deeper wisdom, greater faith, and a more substantial witness to the grace of God, drawing nearer to the Fountain of grace and sharing its abundance. This variance is beautifully illustrated in Scripture, noting that 'one star differs from another' (1 Corinthians 15:41), signifying the uniqueness of individual believers' walks with Christ.
