How do we know that believers are beautiful in God's sight?

Answered in 1 source

Believers are viewed as beautiful by God because they have been cleansed and sanctified by the work of Christ.

The assurance that believers are beautiful in God's sight is rooted in Scripture. Ephesians 5:25-27 tells us that Christ loved the church and gave Himself for her, cleansing and sanctifying her to be without spot or wrinkle. This divine act ensures that when God sees the believer, He sees the beauty that Christ has imparted to them. This beauty is not a façade but a true transformation of the inner person, brought about by the Holy Spirit's work in their lives. Moreover, the Bible teaches that as Christ is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17), affirming our status as beautiful in God's eyes.
