How do we know that believers are not condemned?

Answered in 2 sources

Believers are free from condemnation because they are in Christ Jesus, who fulfilled the law (Romans 8:1).

Romans 8:1 states, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus." This assurance rests on the fundamental doctrine that Christ has satisfied the law's requirements and has borne the penalty for sin on behalf of His people. Since believers are united with Christ in His death and resurrection, they stand justified and uncondemned before God, free from the guilt and punishment their sins deserve.
