How do we know that believers are worthy to take part in the Lord's Supper?

Answered in 1 source

Every true believer who trusts in Christ alone is deemed worthy to partake in the Lord's Supper.

According to scriptural teaching, particularly in 1 Corinthians 11:27-29, the worthiness to partake in the Lord's Supper is not based on one's own righteousness but on faith in Christ. Any sinner who trusts Christ as their wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption is worthy to eat the bread and drink the cup. The examination required before partaking is a self-reflection on whether one believes in the Son of God, rather than a mere assessment of their past actions or sins.
