How do we know that Christ can heal our spiritual diseases?

Christ's ability to heal spiritual diseases is rooted in His identity and divine authority. Christ is not a mere mortal physician but the incarnate Son of God, who possesses complete knowledge of the nature and causes of sin. This is articulated in John 5:36-37, where Jesus demonstrates His authority through miraculous works. Moreover, He recognizes the root causes of our spiritual ailments, whether they arise from our inherent sinfulness or external influences. He offers the necessary prescriptions—faith, repentance, and His redeeming blood—which are effective in curing the soul, as confirmed in Hebrews 7:25, stating that He is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him.
