How do we know that Christ defeated sin and death?

Christ's victory over sin and death is foundational in sovereign grace theology. At Calvary, He bore the sins of His people, effectively paying the debt in full through His sacrificial death. Romans 6:9 confirms that 'Christ, being raised from the dead, will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him.' His resurrection secures our victory over death, offering eternal life to all who believe in Him.
