How do we know that Christ helps us when we are tempted?

Answered in 1 source

Christ helps us in temptation by providing mercy and grace as seen in Hebrews 4:15-16.

According to Hebrews 4:15-16, we have a High Priest who is sympathetic to our struggles. Despite never sinning, He fully experienced the weight of temptation, which enables Him to understand and assist us in our weaknesses. When believers cry out for help, Christ responds. His mercy ensures that He does not simply ignore our cries; instead, He invites us to approach the throne of grace to receive the required aid and mercy. Thus, we can confidently seek His help during our times of temptation.
