How do we know that Christ is Lord?

Answered in 1 source

We know that Christ is Lord through His fulfillment of the law and His resurrection, which affirmed His authority.

Christ’s lordship is established not only by His teachings and miracles but culminates in His resurrection. Acts 2:36 states that God made Him both Lord and Christ after His resurrection. Additionally, Matthew 5:17 clarifies that Jesus came to fulfill the law, showcasing His authority as the only one able to provide righteousness. His fulfillment of the law and victory over death confirm His position as Lord over all creation.
