How do we know that Christ is our peace offering?

The concept of Christ as our peace offering is beautifully illustrated in Exodus 29, where the sacrificial system outlined required a spotless ram to represent the one perfect offering that would appease God's justice. Jesus fulfills this role perfectly as He is without sin and offers Himself wholly to God on our behalf. In Him, all believers can find a perfect peace offering. The blood of Christ covers our sin and His obedience secures our acceptance before God, as reiterated in Ephesians 1:6-7, which states that we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses.
