How do we know that Christ is our refuge and righteousness?

Answered in 1 source

We know Christ is our refuge and righteousness through faith and His redeeming work (Romans 10:1-4).

Romans 10:1-4 clarifies that Christ is both the end of the law for righteousness and the source of our salvation. The fulfillment of the law is found only in Him, and to trust in Jesus means abandoning our attempts to establish our own righteousness. Understanding that Jesus' death and resurrection provides the necessary righteousness enables believers to rest securely in Him as our refuge. Through faith, we recognize that apart from Christ, we can do nothing, affirming His pivotal role in our spiritual lives as our redeemer.
