How do we know that Christ is our sole remedy for sin?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible affirms that Christ is the only remedy for sin through His sacrificial death and resurrection.

The remedy for our sinful condition is found solely in Christ. In Numbers 21, the Israelites were instructed to look at the brazen serpent for healing, which symbolizes Christ being lifted up on the cross for our sins (John 3:14). Scripture emphasizes that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus (Acts 4:12) and through Him alone do we have redemption and forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7). This truth is foundational to sovereign grace theology, asserting that we are completely reliant on Christ's finished work, not our own merits.
