How do we know that Christ is our surety and Redeemer?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is our surety as He fulfills the law's demands and secures our redemption through His sacrifice.

In the sermon, Christ is depicted as the ultimate surety for His people, much like David who was sent by Jesse to check on his brothers and assure their needs. David's action symbolically represents the coming of Christ, who was sent by God to redeem His lost elect. Just as David delivered his people by defeating Goliath, Christ has delivered us from the bondage of sin. Hebrews 7:22 affirms that Jesus is the guarantee of a better covenant, ensuring that all who trust in Him are fully redeemed and reconciled to God.
