How do we know that Christ is our tree of life?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is identified as the tree of life through scriptural revelation and His fulfillment of God's covenant promises.

The New Testament explicitly identifies believers’ relationship with Christ as essential for spiritual life. In 1 Corinthians 1:30, it states that Christ is made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, which symbolizes the comprehensive life that comes through Him. Additionally, Revelation 2:7 speaks of the privilege for the overcomers to eat of the tree of life, reinforcing that Christ embodies the eternal sustenance that God's people will receive. Thus, through His sacrificial obedience and substitution, He fulfills the role as the life-giving tree that restores and sustains us.
