How do we know that Christ is our wisdom and righteousness?

Christ is our wisdom and righteousness as He is given to us by God, fulfilling all that we lack.

According to 1 Corinthians 1:30, Christ is made unto us wisdom from God, as well as righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. This means that without Him, we are devoid of true understanding and righteousness. When we acknowledge our inability and recognize Christ’s sufficiency, we see that all we have is rooted in His finished work. Just as a believer seeks wisdom from Scripture, the realization that Christ embodies our righteousness is foundational to faith and sanctification.
