How do we know that Christ is the answer to our sin?

Answered in 1 source

Christ fulfills the law and becomes the sacrifice for our sins, as shown in His crucifixion.

The New Testament teaches that Christ is the fulfillment of the law and the answer to our sin problem. As in 1 Corinthians 15:22 states, 'For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.' Christ took on flesh, becoming like us to bear our sins and fulfill the law’s demands. In John 3:14-15, Jesus asserts that He must be lifted up like the serpent, so whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. This demonstrates that Christ not only represents our sin but also provides the means of our redemption.
