How do we know that Christ is the true man?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is the true man who perfectly fulfills God's commandments and is the embodiment of what it means to be human.

From the sermon, it's clear that Christ is considered the perfect representation of humanity. As Chris Cunningham explains, there's only one man who has ever truly delighted in God's law and kept it flawlessly—Christ. The psalm 'Blessed is the man' points to Him as the only perfect human who was able to fulfill God's commandments entirely. In John 14:6, Jesus Himself claims, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life,' indicating His unique position as the embodiment of true humanity. Thus, the notion of what it means to be blessed, as exemplified in Psalm 112, is directly tied to Christ's righteousness and perfect obedience.
