How do we know that Christ's blood is sufficient for our sins?

Answered in 1 source

We know Christ's blood is sufficient because it was the only sacrifice without blemish, and it secured eternal redemption.

Christ's blood is affirmed as sufficient because it is described as 'without blemish and without spot' (1 Peter 1:19). This sinless character is what separates Christ from all other sacrifices, which, according to Hebrews 10:4, were unable to take away sins. It also states that the blood of bulls and goats cannot purify us, but Christ, through His own blood, ‘obtained eternal redemption’ (Hebrews 9:12). His blood is both precious and powerful, making the payment for our sins complete and forever effective.
