How do we know that Christ's doctrine is the only truth?

Answered in 1 source

We know Christ's doctrine is the only truth because He declared Himself as the way, the truth, and the life, and fulfilled Old Testament prophecies.

In the face of spiritual challenges, Christ’s authority stands unrivaled, as illustrated in Luke 20:1-8. When confronted by religious leaders questioning His authority, Christ pointed to His works and teachings which were consistent with the Old Testament prophecies concerning the Messiah. These prophecies affirmed His identity as the Savior. The gospel attributes all authority in heaven and on earth to Him, underscoring that salvation is found in Him alone (Acts 4:12). Consequently, when we adhere to His doctrine, we align ourselves with truth that has divine backing and historical fulfillment, which those who oppose Him consistently choose to ignore.
