How do we know that Christ's resurrection guarantees our own resurrection?

The guarantee of our resurrection is firmly rooted in the historical fact of Christ's resurrection. 1 Thessalonians 4:14 states that if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so too will those who have died in Him be resurrected.
