How do we know that Christ's sacrifice was enough for salvation?

Answered in 1 source

We know Christ's sacrifice was sufficient because He is the perfect Lamb of God, offering Himself once for all sin.

The adequacy of Christ's sacrifice is underscored in Hebrews 10:12, which states that He offered one sacrifice for sins forever. Unlike the numerous animal sacrifices made by the priests under the Old Covenant, which were pointing towards Him, Christ's offering was unique and eternal. His righteousness and divine nature ensure that His sacrifice completely satisfies God's justice, rendering it entirely sufficient for the redemption of His people.
