How do we know that Christ will save us?

Answered in 2 sources

We know Christ will save us because He promises that all whom the Father gives Him will come to Him and not be cast out (John 6:37).

In John 6:37, Christ assures us, 'All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.' This promise underscores the doctrine of unconditional election, affirming that those who come to Christ do so because they are drawn by the Father. The security of salvation is not based on human effort or merit but rather on Christ's faithfulness to save all whom the Father has given Him. This faithful promise reinforces the belief in sovereign grace, emphasizing that not one of His chosen will be lost.
