How do we know that Christians are made perfect after death?

Answered in 1 source

Scripture confirms that when believers die, they experience immediate moral perfection and are made like Christ.

Romans 8:29 states that God's intent is for believers to be conformed to the image of His Son. This transformation occurs at death, where the spirits of just men are immediately made perfect as stated in Hebrews 12:23. The perfecting work of God takes place in an instant when a believer's spirit is separated from their body, equipping them to fully reflect the moral likeness of Christ without any hindrance of sin.
