How do we know that Christians are united in Christ?

Answered in 1 source

Christians are united in Christ through their shared faith and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 4:4-6 declares, 'There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all.' These verses illustrate that believers are united organically under one Spirit and one Lord. The indwelling Holy Spirit not only connects each member of the body of Christ but also empowers them to maintain unity and love within the Christian community. This unity is a reflection of their identity as members of God's family, demonstrating that despite diversity in local congregations, they are one in Christ.
