How do we know that faith in Jesus is the only way to salvation?

Answered in 2 sources

Scripture asserts that salvation is found exclusively in Jesus Christ, as He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

The certainty of Jesus being the sole pathway to salvation is rooted in the biblical testimony of His unique person and work. In John 14:6, Jesus claims, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' This declaration underscores that every attempt to reach God through our efforts, rituals, or other means is inadequate. Throughout Scripture, we see that salvation is by grace alone through faith in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). True faith recognizes our inability to save ourselves and accepts the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus as sufficient for our reconciliation with God. The exclusivity of Christ is both a comfort and a challenge, calling us to proclaim His truth in love.
