How do we know that God can save us completely?

Answered in 1 source

We know God can save us completely because His grace is sufficient, and His promises affirm His ability to save to the uttermost.

The assurance of God's saving power is found throughout Scripture, wherein His promises affirm that He saves those who come to Him. For example, Hebrews 7:25 states that Jesus is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him. This confidence rests not on our merit but on God’s nature and the sufficiency of Christ's work on the cross, who endured the penalty for our sins. Through faith in Him, we receive not only pardon but also a complete transformation and hope for eternal life.
