How do we know that God delivers us from tribulation?

Answered in 1 source

Scripture assures us that God comforts and delivers His people from tribulation, emphasizing that nothing can separate us from His love.

In Romans 8:35, the Apostle Paul asks, 'Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?' and answers that tribulation and other trials cannot sever our bond with God. Moreover, 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 speaks of God comforting us in all our tribulations, which empowers us to comfort others. God's deliverance does not always mean the absence of trials, but rather His faithful presence with us through them, ultimately leading His people to joy and victory as evidenced by the multitude in Revelation who overcame through the Lamb's sacrifice, highlighting the efficacy of Christ’s redemptive work.
