How do we know that God has blessed us?

We know we are blessed through faith in God's promises and the assurance found in His Word.

Our assurance of God’s blessing comes not from subjective feelings but from the objective truth found in scripture. In Numbers 6, God commands that His blessing be spoken over His people through His appointed mediators, which serves as a reminder that His blessings are granted through His decrees and truth revealed in the gospel. Believers must hear the proclamation of God's promises, as faith comes by hearing, and that hearing by the word of God, which articulates His blessings.
