How do we know that God has redeemed us?

Answered in 4 sources

The assurance of our redemption lies in God's declaration that He has redeemed us by the blood of His Son.

In Isaiah 43:1, we find God's declaration of redemption: 'I have redeemed thee.' This is further affirmed through the New Testament, particularly Ephesians 1:7, which tells us that in Christ we have redemption through His blood. The sacrificial death of Christ serves as the ultimate price paid for our sins, providing us with the assurance of our redemption. Our status as redeemed individuals is not based on our merit but solely on God's grace and the sacrifice of Jesus, who willingly gave Himself for us, emphasizing our worth in His sight.
