How do we know that God honors those who honor Him?

Answered in 3 sources

Historical accounts in the Bible, such as those of Abel, Noah, and Moses, demonstrate that God honors those who seek to honor Him.

In 1 Samuel 2:30, God declares that He honors those who honor Him, a claim supported by various biblical narratives. For instance, Abel was honored by God because he brought a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain. Noah demonstrated faith by acting on God's Word and was saved along with his family. Moses chose to suffer for the sake of God's people rather than enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin, leading to God's blessings in his life. These examples serve as testimonies to the truth that honoring God brings divine favor and honor in return.
